Fixed Pricing: Where possible an estimate of cost can be given verbally by the engineer, or if necessary, an appointment for an estimator can be made. ESTIMATES AND QUOTES Estimates and Quotes are normally non chargeable* *Some estimates & quotes may be chargeable, (at our standard rate,) I e investigative work, depending upon the nature of work, the area and the time of the appointment. Any charges will be discussed at time of booking and will be refundable if the work is carried out. PARTS & MATERIALS Parts & Materials supplied by PCJ Property Services will be charged at cost price + 20% Trade Mark up .Collection time must be kept to a minimum, any additional charge should be agreed by the customer and not to exceed a maximum of 1 hour. All parts and materials supplied remain the property of the company until invoice is paid in full. PAYMENT TERMS Payment must be made in full by debit card, cheque or cash to the engineer or by return post upon receipt of invoice. (Not applicable to account holders). Account holders 30 days nett. Any discrepancies or queries regarding invoices must be notified within 14 days of receipt of invoice. No claim for credit will be accepted thereafter.
